Class is in Session

“let the wise listen and add to their learning,

    and let the discerning get guidance—”

You’ve taken your seat.

You are alone in the classroom.

You have a private tutoring session.

You are free to choose the lesson.

What do you choose?

Make a wise choice.

This isn’t any ordinary tutor.

The Lord Himself will teach you.

That changes things doesn’t it?

The disciples walked with Jesus for three years.

They saw, but often failed to understand, so much concerning Jesus.

When they had the opportunity what did they ask for?

“Lord, teach us to pray...”

“No, I know how to do that, that would not be what I choose”, you say!

The wise man remains teachable, especially when the Lord is teaching.

There is so much we can learn about prayer.
