“Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you!
As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”
John 20:21
Do you carry the peace of God with you?
We are to do just that you know.
We need to be saturated and overflowing with the peace
of God in our lives.
When we walk into a room where there is discord, we
bring peace.
Too often though we carry things we should not.
Instead of His peace we carry fear, anxiety, anger or
a host of other things.
Looking at the verse above it is clear that it was
never Gods’ intent we be sent with any of those things.
Don’t be that kind of believer who is contentious, and
quarrelsome, prepared to pick a fight at the tiniest of perceived slights.
Rather be the one of whom Jesus spoke when He said:
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called
children of God.”
Matthew 5:9
